• Confirm residents have claimed flats so they can access society features
• Open Admin → Amenities and add each facility (clubhouse, gym, party hall, etc.)
• Turn requires approval on for high-impact spaces (party hall, rooftop); leave off for self-serve gym slots if your bye-laws allow
• Post a notice: "Book facilities on Amenities, not WhatsApp"
• Share /amenities with residents one link replaces the gate register for scheduling
• Review pending bookings daily until the new process is routine
• Brief security: confirmed slot on Plinth is the authority, not forwarded messages
