How is the per-flat price calculated?+
The price is per occupied flat, billed annually. Societies with more than 200 flats receive volume pricing contact us for a custom quote. VAT/GST is added at 18%.
Is Governance really free forever?+
Yes. Polls, voting, notice board, and the member directory are free for societies of up to 50 flats with no time limit. For larger societies the Governance module is included free in every paid plan.
Can we switch plans mid-year?+
Yes upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. No penalties either way.
What payment methods are accepted?+
UPI, NEFT, and credit/debit card. Societies can pay annually in one transfer. GST invoice is issued for each payment.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding charge?+
No. There is no setup fee, no implementation charge, and no minimum contract. Your society can go live in the same afternoon you sign up.
