Questions about pricing
Why does a smaller society pay more per home?+
Because some costs do not shrink with the building. A 60-home society still needs the same gate app, the same compliance calendar and the same support as a 400-home one, spread across fewer homes. Larger societies get the lower rate automatically, with nothing to negotiate.
What is not included in a paid plan?+
Nothing. Every module is in every paid plan, and SMS, WhatsApp and email costs are absorbed into the price. There is no premium tier, no per-module add-on, and no platform fee on your maintenance collections. Hardware such as gate tablets and scanners is bought separately at cost.
Is Starter really free forever?+
Yes. Voting, notices and the directory are free for societies of up to 50 homes with no time limit. If a smaller society wants the complete platform, it is ₹1,999 a month flat rather than a per-home rate.
Do you take a cut of our maintenance collections?+
No. Zero platform fee on dues, amenity bookings or event ticketing. Money the society collects belongs to the society. We earn from the subscription and from vendors who sell into the community, never from residents.
Can we switch plans mid-year?+
Your plan follows your size, so it moves when you do. Adding homes applies the correct rate at your next invoice, prorated. There are no penalties and no re-contracting.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding charge?+
No. No setup fee, no implementation charge and no minimum contract. Your society can go live the same afternoon you sign up. GST is added at 18%.
