Document Vault checklist
- Confirm residents have claimed flats so they can access society features
- Open Admin → Documents (
/admin/documents) - Upload byelaws (registered copy) — visibility members, then publish
- Upload latest approved minutes and financials members are entitled to see
- Keep draft treasurer files admins_only and unpublished until the committee approves
- Add insurance and key contracts (admins_only unless members should have copies)
- Post a notice: "Official records are on Documents — not WhatsApp"
