When to use society ticketing
Use tickets for:
- Plumbing, electrical, lift issues
- Security concerns (broken lock, suspicious activity)
- Common area cleanliness
- Billing disputes (wrong maintenance charge)
- Wrong parking / access issues
Don't use tickets for:
- Life-threatening emergencies — call security/emergency services first, then log a ticket
- Casual neighbour chat — use society groups
- Formal governance votes — use polls
