Society members on the Community tier with an active membership and claimed flat (where applicable).
Is there an audit trail?
Yes. State changes are recorded in the append-only society audit log.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Plinth is a mobile-first PWA with native app shells for residents and guards.
