Vehicle parking checklist
- List every parking code and zone (basement, podium, visitor)
- Open Admin → Parking and add every slot (code + zone); new slots start free
- Allot bays to flats — link a vehicle where you already know the registration
- Ask residents to claim flats if they have not already
- Publish a notice: "Register vehicles on Parking"
- Review the vehicle list weekly during the transition from the old register
