Election troubleshooting
Phase won't advance — check all phase dates; prior phase must complete (e.g. nominations closed before scrutiny ends).
Nomination rejected — owner sees reason; may re-nominate if window open.
Objection unresolved — Election Officer or admin must resolve before candidate appears on ballot.
Uncontested post — single approved candidate; declared automatically, no vote needed.
Officer can't sign in — verify email matches assignment; election must not be cancelled.
Results look wrong (ranked-choice) — instant-runoff runs server-side; download report for round-by-round detail.
