Residents can't see a meeting confirm they are active members and the meeting is announced, concluded, or minutes-published. Quorum not met even with many members quorum is calculated per represented flat, not per profile. RSVP roster has duplicates verify primary flat mapping for co-owners; only one represented-flat row counts toward quorum. Can't publish minutes committee/admin access is required; cancelled meetings cannot publish minutes. Poll not opening from agenda link the poll in the agenda item editor and ensure that poll still exists. Members missed date change use reschedule from the meeting card; this sends in-app reschedule notifications.
