Resident: RSVP and attend

1. Open Meetings from the menu.
2. Tap an upcoming meeting to view agenda, quorum status, date, time, and venue/link.
3. Tap RSVP Yes, No, or Maybe.
4. Use Google Calendar or Download ICS to save it to your calendar app.
5. After the meeting, view Published minutes (and linked minutes document, if provided) on the same page.
