Resident: read & acknowledge notices

Your committee's official announcements appear in Notices. Opening a notice marks it as read; some notices ask you to tap Acknowledge to formally confirm you've seen them.

Steps

1. Open Notices from the bottom navigation (or /notices).
2. Pinned and urgent notices appear at the top; unread ones have a dot.
3. Tap a notice to read it — this records that you've read it.
4. If it says Acknowledge required, tap Acknowledge this notice to confirm.

Good to know

• Read receipts let your committee see overall how many residents have seen a notice.
• Acknowledgement is only needed when the committee explicitly asks for it.
• Tenants and family members see notices addressed to residents.
