Admin: set up omnichannel communications
Before you start
- You are a society admin on the Professional tier
- You have reviewed society settings and member roster
Steps
- Open Omnichannel Communications at
/admin/comms. - Review defaults and permissions for your society.
- Brief guards or committee members who will operate the desk.
- Publish a notice announcing the feature.
Audit
All admin actions are written to the society audit log for AGM review.
