Admin: create and publish a service request

Requires: Society admin role and Procurement marketplace module enabled.

Steps

  1. Go to Admin → Operations → Procurement (/admin/procurement).
  2. Tap New service request.
  3. Scope — select service category, enter title and description.
  4. Details — add specifications; choose visibility (all verified vendors, invited only, or private).
  5. Timeline — set quote deadline (must be in the future), optional start date and duration; optional internal budget range (vendors never see this).
  6. Review — save as draft or Publish to marketplace.

Draft requests are visible only to admins. Published requests appear on the vendor marketplace and the resident Procurement feed.

Tips

  • Use parent categories (e.g. Security) or sub-categories (CCTV AMC) for precise vendor matching.
  • Budget is for internal planning only — never shared with vendors.

FAQ

Can I edit after publishing? Not the deadline; cancel and re-create if needed. Who sees drafts? Admins only.
