Resident: follow society procurement

1. Open Finance → Procurement (/procurement) or the hub tile.
2. See all published service requests for your society with status badges.
3. While quotes are open, you see title and scope — not individual vendor prices.
4. After shortlist/award, see quote count and which vendor was selected.
5. If a non-lowest vendor was chosen, read the award note documented by the committee.
6. If a vendor selection poll is active, vote from the linked poll card (same rules as society polls).

You cannot submit quotes — that is vendor-only on the Plinth marketplace.
