Society voting troubleshooting
Residents
I can't sign in — email not recognised Your email or phone must match what your admin uploaded. Ask them to check Admin → Members for your flat row.
My claim is pending Wait for admin approval at Admin → Claims. You'll get a notification when approved or rejected.
I can't vote — "Upload required" The poll requires credentials. Go to the poll and tap Upload documents. Voting unlocks after admin approval.
I can't vote — "Already voted" This flat already cast a ballot in this poll. Votes are one per flat and cannot be changed.
I can't vote — poll closed The voting window ended. Contact your admin if you believe the close time was wrong.
I own two flats but only see one vote Use the flat switcher at the top of the poll to vote for each flat separately.
Admins
Import failed for many rows Download the error report. Common fixes: invalid email format, duplicate flat numbers, missing block/flat.
Quorum not met on results Not enough eligible flats voted. Options: extend and re-open (create a new poll), or hold an in-person vote per bye-laws.
Results look wrong for weighted poll Confirm flat weights are set in the roster. If all weights are 1, weighted mode has no effect.
Credential file won't load Signed URLs expire quickly. Refresh the review page. If persistent, check storage permissions.
Need to undo a vote Votes cannot be undone once cast — this is by design. Cancel the poll and create a new one if the process was flawed before close.
