Resident: view compliance calendar

Requires: Society has enabled member transparency in compliance settings (member_transparency: true). Default is off — ask your committee if you do not see compliance.

What you can see

When transparency is enabled, owners access Compliance (/compliance) with read-only view of:

• Key statutory dates (AGM, member inspection window, annual returns deadline)
• Task titles and due dates (not internal readiness scores or owner assignments)
• Published artifacts — e.g. member inspection pack, AGM minutes linked to document vault

What you cannot see

• Draft or in-progress filing packs
• Form O objection details
• Internal readiness blockers
• Waived tasks and admin notes
• Unpublished financial data

Member inspection window

During the statutory member inspection period (e.g. 16–31 May for Maharashtra CHS), the committee may publish the inspection pack to the document vault. Check Notices or Documents for the published pack link — or the compliance page if artifact is marked visible.

Alerts

Members receive compliance digests only if the society enables member compliance digest (off by default). Most reminders go to committee office-bearers only.

FAQ

I do not see Compliance in my app. Transparency is opt-in. Contact Secretary or Chairman to enable in Admin → Statutory compliance → Settings.

Can I download Form N before AGM? Only if the committee published the inspection pack. Full audited statements typically appear after audit report upload.
