Events calendar checklist
- Confirm residents have claimed flats so they can access society features
- Open Admin → Events and publish your first event (title, date & time, location)
- Set capacity if the venue has limits (clubhouse, lawn, hall)
- Post a notice: "RSVP on Events, not WhatsApp"
- Review going / maybe counts a few days before the event
- Edit or cancel the event card if plans change residents always see the latest version
