What is a society events calendar?

A society events calendar is a shared schedule where your committee publishes community gatherings festivals, workshops, social evenings with date, time, location, and optional capacity. Residents see what is coming up and RSVP in one place instead of scrolling WhatsApp.

On Plinth, admins create and publish events from Admin → Events. Residents open Events to view published listings and tap Going, Maybe, or Can't go. When you set a capacity, the system blocks new "going" RSVPs once the limit is reached.
