Why societies need household help tracking

  1. Scattered registers each flat tracks maids differently; the committee has no society view
  2. Gate confusion security cannot tell which helper belongs to which flat without a call
  3. No-show disputes "my maid came" vs "she never arrived" with no dated record
  4. Trade visits untracked plumber and electrician entries logged on torn paper sheets
  5. WhatsApp noise attendance photos in resident groups, deleted after a week
  6. No audit committee cannot show who marked attendance or when a mark was corrected

Plinth lets residents register and manage their own helpers while admins see every active helper in the society. Daily marks (inside, out, didn't come) go through attendance record and write to the append-only audit log one record per helper per calendar day.
