How the idea forum works in Plinth

For residents

1. Open Ideas from the menu.
2. Tap New idea — title (5–200 chars) and optional description.
3. Browse others' ideas and tap Upvote.
4. Track status on ideas you submitted.

For admins

1. Monitor the idea feed.
2. Ideas with 10+ upvotes auto-promote to Backlog.
3. Update status to Planned or Done as you act.
4. Consider turning high-priority ideas into formal polls.
