Admin: manage the idea forum

1. Open Ideas to see all posts sorted by upvotes.
2. Ideas with 10+ upvotes appear as Backlog automatically.
3. Tap an idea → change Status: Open, Backlog, Planned, Done.
4. For binding decisions, create a formal poll.

Tips

• Update status promptly — residents notice when ideas go to Done.
• Use Planned for ideas scheduled in the next budget cycle.
