Society staff attendance software is a daily register of who worked on your premises guards, housekeeping, technicians, and office staff with a single roster the committee maintains and marks each day. It replaces gate notebooks and WhatsApp headcounts with one auditable record.
On Plinth, admins build a society staff roster at Admin → Helpdesk → Staff & vendors with roles such as facility manager, security supervisor, guard, housekeeping manager, housekeeping, technician, accountant, and general. The same roster powers helpdesk ticket assignment.
Each day, admins mark attendance at Admin → Staff attendance using present, absent, in, or out. Marks go through the audited attendance record RPC one record per staff member per day, with who marked it and when.
