When to use society parking slots
Use parking slot tracking when your society has numbered bays, zones, or rules about how many vehicles each flat may keep on premises.
Basement and stilt allotments
Mark each bay with a code and zone; allot to the owning flat. Release when a flat sells or returns an extra slot.
Podium and open parking
Even unnumbered areas benefit from codes (P-01, P-02) so disputes reference the same label.
EV charging bays
Tag slots in an EV zone; register vehicles as EV car or EV bike for gate and committee visibility.
Reserved visitor or handicap bays
Slots marked reserved or blocked in the inventory show residents these bays are not available for allotment.
Second-car policies
When bylaws allow one allotted slot plus paid second slot, the registry shows which flat holds which code.
