Staff: my maintenance tasks

Requires: Your admin must link your login to your staff roster entry first.

Steps

  1. Sign in and open My maintenance tasks.
  2. You'll see only the tasks where you're the assigned owner asset name, due date, and status.
  3. Tap a task, then Mark done with an optional note.

Working offline

If you're completing a task with no signal (a basement plant room, for example), the app queues your completion locally you'll see a confirmation that it's saved and will sync automatically once you're back online. This is the same offline pattern used by the Gate and Staff Attendance apps.

FAQ

I don't see any tasks. Either nothing is currently assigned to you, or your login isn't linked to your staff roster entry yet ask your admin. Can I see other staff members' tasks? No you only see tasks where you're the named owner. Can I create or edit a schedule? No only admins can create assets and schedules; staff can complete or skip assigned tasks.
