Staff: my helpdesk tasks

Before you start

Your admin must link your login email to your row on the staff roster (/admin/helpdesk/staff).

Steps

  1. Sign in and open My helpdesk tasks (/staff/helpdesk).
  2. Use the My tasks tab for tickets assigned to you.
  3. Tap a ticket to read details, add comments, and attach photos from the field.
  4. Move status: Start workPut on hold (pauses SLA) → Mark resolved.
  5. Admins may reassign or escalate to vendors; you will see work-order updates on the ticket.

FAQ

I see "Not linked as staff". Ask admin to link your email on the roster page.

Can I see the Kanban board? Only if you also have committee triage or admin access.
