Billing troubleshooting
Resident: no invoices — society may not have issued this cycle yet; confirm with treasurer. Resident: can't see a flat's bill — you must have claimed that flat. Admin: per sq ft total wrong — check flat area in Admin → Members. Admin: GST missing — enable taxable + rate on the charge head before issuing. Admin: can't issue — cycle may already be issued; create a new cycle for the next period. Late fee not applied — run Apply late fees on the cycle after due date; rule is set on the cycle. Payment won't record — amount must be ≤ balance due; invoice must not be cancelled.
