Notice board troubleshooting

Resident didn't receive notice confirm flat is claimed, member is active, and their role/flat is in the notice audience (role, tower, or flat filter).

Notice not visible to one tower check audience blocks; empty audience = all towers.

Read count seems low residents must open the notice in-app (or acknowledge). Plinth delivers in-app and push notifications on publish for members using the native app; email and SMS are not part of notice board today.

Can't publish you need admin, committee, or notices.publish permission. Committee users with Require admin approval must wait for admin approval.

Stuck in pending approval an admin must open the notice and tap Approve or Send back to draft.

Acknowledgement not recording resident must tap I acknowledge this notice on the detail page (or via a flash popup).

Flash notice won't go away read or acknowledge it from the popup; backdrop dismiss is disabled by design.

Attachment won't open signed links expire; tap the attachment again from the notice detail page.

Scheduled notice didn't go live scheduled notices flip to published when the server clock passes publish_at (checked on poll/notice advancement jobs).
