Vehicle parking troubleshooting

"That registration is already added" — Each registration number can exist only once per society. Check if a previous owner or admin entry exists; ask admin to update or remove the old record.

No Vehicle button — You need a claimed flat. Complete flat claim, then reopen Parking.

Can't allot a slot — Admin role required. Slot must not be blocked; use Release first if re-assigning an allotted bay.

Slot shows wrong flat — Admin should Release, then Allot to the correct flat.

Resident can't see slots — Confirm active society membership. All members can view slot inventory on Parking.

Vehicle not in allot dropdown — Register the vehicle first, or pick a vehicle linked to the selected flat.
