HOW IT WORKS
The employee adds their guest, the expected visit window and the purpose of the visit.
Send the pass link or code using WhatsApp, SMS or email. The visitor keeps it ready for arrival.
The guard checks the pass in Plinth Gate. A walk-in goes to the employee for approval, or to reception when needed.
The guard records the exit. Your team can review the entry and exit in the visitor history.
No host available? Walk-ins without a host go to reception. If an employee does not answer, the request escalates after the timeout your company sets.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Employees handle their guests. Guards verify entry. Reception handles exceptions. Your company keeps the record.
Manage your employee roster with names, departments and employee IDs. Connect visitors to the person they came to see.
Create passes with a validity window. Share a link or code, or print the pass. Visitors can open their pass without installing an app.
Guards use Plinth Gate to scan the QR or enter the visitor’s code, check the pass and record the arrival.
Walk-ins without a named host go to reception. Unanswered host requests escalate after your configured timeout, with a reason recorded for reception’s decision.
Keep track of deliveries held at reception and use pickup codes to confirm collection.
See who is currently inside, record departures and export gate events to CSV when you need to review the record.
No. Visitors receive a pass link and a code. They can open the link in their browser and present the QR or code at the gate.
The guard records the walk-in and requests approval from the employee they are visiting. If no host is named, the request goes to reception. If a host does not respond within your configured timeout, reception can decide and record a reason.
Choose Company during setup, add your employee roster and set up Plinth Gate for your guards. Configure the host response timeout and delivery routing, then employees can start inviting visitors.
