Election Officer guide
The Election Officer runs one election with scoped access — no other admin or society data.
Your responsibilities
- Review nominations: Approve, Reject (with reason), or Under review.
- Handle Objections filed against candidates.
- Monitor voting phase (read-only during voting).
- Declare results after voting closes (if delegated).
Access
- Sign in with the email the admin assigned.
- You'll see Officer panel with only your election(s).
- Access expires automatically when the election concludes.
Principles
- Document every rejection reason — it's audited.
- Do not communicate individual vote choices — ballots are secret.
