Admin: view society household helper roster
Before you start
- You are signed in as a society admin
- Residents have registered helpers at
/household-help
Open the society-wide roster
- Open Household help (
/household-help). - As an admin, you see all active helpers registered across flats — not only your own.
- Review kind, schedule (daily / occasional), optional flat label, and today's attendance marks.
Residents manage helpers they registered. Admins have full visibility for gate coordination, security reviews, and dispute mediation.
What admins can do

Each attendance mark uses mark_household_helper_attendance and is audit-logged.
Helper kinds on the roster
maid · cook · driver · nanny · milkman · laundry · gardener · plumber · electrician · carpenter · pest control · other
Trades default to occasional schedule; daily staff default to daily.
Coordinate with gate and security
Use the roster when:
- A helper arrives without a visitor pass — confirm flat label and registering resident
- The committee needs a society-wide list for an audit or incident review
- You mediate a no-show dispute — check dated didn't come marks
Household help is separate from staff attendance (/admin/staff-attendance) which tracks
society employees (guards, housekeeping).
