Household help troubleshooting
I don't see Household help in the app
- Confirm your society plan includes Community tier features — see pricing.
- You must be signed in and a member of the society with a claimed flat.

I only see my own helpers (I'm an admin)
Residents see helpers they registered. If you are an admin and still see only your own, confirm your account has admin role for this society. Admins should see the full society roster.
I can't edit another resident's helper
Only the resident who registered the helper (or a society admin) can edit or remove it. Ask the registering resident to update details, or use admin access.
Attendance won't save / "not authorized"
- You must be the registering resident, a society admin, or authorised gate staff to mark a helper's attendance.
- The helper must be active — reactivate or re-add if deactivated.
- States must be in, out, or absent (shown as Inside / Out / Didn't come).
I marked the wrong state today
Tap the correct state for the same helper. Today's row updates; the correction is audit-logged. You cannot add a second row for the same helper on the same date.
Schedule shows "occasional" for my maid
Schedule is inferred by kind when you add a helper: trades default to occasional; maids and cooks default to daily. Edit the helper and set schedule to daily if needed.
