Resident: view dues and receipts

Steps

  1. Claim your flat if you have not already (claim guide).
  2. Open My dues from the menu (/billing).
  3. See Total outstanding at the top when you owe money.
  4. Tap an invoice to open detail — line items, GST, arrears, late fee, amount paid, balance.
  5. Pay your society as instructed (NEFT, UPI to society account, cheque — per committee notice).
  6. After the treasurer records your payment, refresh the invoice — status updates to paid or partially paid.
  7. Tap Download PDF or Print for your receipt.

Multi-flat owners

Each flat has separate invoices. Switch context by opening the invoice for the correct flat number.

FAQ

I paid but status still shows due — treasurer must record payment in admin; allow a business day. Invoice looks wrong — raise a helpdesk ticket or reply on the society notice thread.
