Staff: view my attendance

Before you start

• An admin added you to the society staff roster and gave you a 4-digit PIN
• You know your society code (ask your admin, or check the notice board)

Your attendance lives in the Plinth Gate app. You do not need the resident app, and you do not need an email address: your phone number and PIN are enough.

Open your portal

1. Open the Plinth Gate app, or go to plinth.life/gate on any phone or laptop.
2. Sign in with your society code, your phone number and your PIN.
3. Open the menu and choose My attendance.
4. See today's status (present, in, out, or not marked).
5. Review your shift schedule set by admin.
6. See hours this month calculated from paired in/out events (including night shifts).
7. Scroll Recent marks for the last two weeks of gate and admin events.

You cannot change marks from this screen. Speak to your supervisor or society admin for corrections.
