Resident: register a vehicle

Before you start

You need a claimed flat in the society. If you have not claimed yet, complete that first.

Register

1. Open Parking → Vehicles tab.
2. Tap Vehicle.
3. Select type: car, bike, EV car, EV bike, bicycle, or other.
4. Enter registration number (as on the RC).
5. Add optional make/model (e.g. "Hyundai Creta").
6. Pick your flat if you have more than one.
7. Tap save your vehicle appears under your flat.

Edit or remove a vehicle

• Use the pencil icon to update registration type, number, flat, or make/model.
• Use remove when a vehicle is sold or no longer active in the society.

View parking slots

Switch to the Slots tab to see society bays code, zone, status, and which flat is allotted.

Slot allotment is done by admins. If your bay is missing or wrong, contact the committee.

Search and export

• Use search to quickly find your vehicle or slot code.
• Use export to download your current list as CSV.
