create_passreturns a 6-digit OTP and QR code, valid 24 hours. - Share the OTP (read aloud or message) or send a screenshot of the QR with your visitor.
The guard verifies at Gate desk — you do not need to answer a gate phone call.
Approve or deny a walk-in
When someone arrives without a pass, security logs a walk-in for your flat. You receive a notification: "Visitor at gate".
- Open Visitors.
- Find the pending visit (status at gate).
- Tap Approve (
approve_visit) to allow entry, or Deny (deny_visit) to turn them away. - Security sees your decision on Gate desk.
Only flat owners (or society admins) can approve walk-ins for a flat.
View your passes
Visitors lists passes you created and walk-ins pending your approval. Statuses include expected, at gate, approved, denied, entered, exited, and expired.
Revoke an unused pass
If plans change before the visitor arrives, open the pass and tap Revoke or Cancel so the OTP and QR no longer work at gate.
