• Share /marketplace with residents one link replaces classified spam in WhatsApp
• Assign an admin to check Admin → Marketplace for pending_review reports weekly at first
• Remind sellers to mark sold or remove listings when deals close
• Pair with events and amenity booking so community features launch together on the Community tier pricing
