What is society community marketplace?
A society community marketplace is a verified, society-only classifieds board where residents post listings to sell, buy, rent out, find rentals, or offer and request services without broadcasting phone numbers to every WhatsApp group in the township.
On Plinth, residents browse and post from Marketplace. Each listing has a title, description, optional price and category, and a listing type: sell, buy, rent out, rent wanted, service offered, or service wanted. Status moves through active, sold, expired, removed, or pending_review when someone reports a listing. Admins moderate at Admin → Marketplace via listing moderation and can review reports.
